Now that football season is upon us, it’s time to think of great little "nibbles and noshes" that you can whip up easily for gametime gatherings! I discovered fried pickles on a trip to Pennsylvania while shooting an episode of my show, "Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?" and was immediately HOOKED...which means I had to go in my kitchen and make my own version!!
A full jar (16 oz.) of Kosher dill slices are put into a buttermilk bath, then dredged through a seasoned cornmeal mixture and fried quickly at 365 degrees. Serve like "chips" in paper cones and with a side of chipotle mayonnaise for dipping.
